At w8v clothing, each piece is crafted with care and intention. Because of the limited nature of our releases, we generally do not accept returns or refunds unless there’s an issue with your order. We’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong, so please review the policy below.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not entered fulfillment or shipment.
Once an order has begun processing, cancellations are no longer possible.

2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and limited production runs, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Changing your mind after ordering
  • Selecting the wrong size, color, or style

We strongly recommend reviewing product details, descriptions, and size guides carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or misprinted
  • You received the wrong item compared to your order

To request a refund:

  1. Email hello@w8vclothing.com or use the contact form on our website within 7 business days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for limited or made-to-order items. However, if your item arrives defective or incorrect, we’ll gladly remake and ship the correct product at no extra cost.

To begin the process:

  1. Take a photo of the item showing the issue.
  2. Email it to hello@w8vclothing.com or use the contact form along with your order number and a brief explanation.
