Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. These holidays include:

Processing typically takes 1–5 business days before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders within the U.S. are processed within 1–5 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped. This means most orders are delivered within 4–10 business days total.

We primarily use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for domestic deliveries.

Shipping Cost:
Shipping rates within the United States are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and current carrier rates.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

3. International Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days and usually arrive within 5–15 business days once shipped. This means most international orders are delivered in 2–20 business days total, depending on destination and customs clearance.

We use DHL, UPS, and trusted local postal partners for international deliveries.

Shipping Cost:
International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and current carrier rates.

Customs & Duties: Customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, carrier delays, or local postal service conditions.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and destination. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear.

If your tracking information hasn’t updated within that time frame, please contact us at hello@w8vclothing.com or through our Contact Page. Include your order information and tracking number so we can assist you promptly.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our stated timeframes, w8v clothing is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues or service interruptions
  • Customs processing for international orders
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@w8vclothing.com or using the contact form on our website.

If the carrier or local shipping partner cannot locate the package after investigation, we will either remake and ship the product at no extra cost (including shipping) or issue a refund to your original payment method.

If the item was damaged during delivery, we will follow the steps outlined in our Refund & Return Policy, which states that we will either remake the product at no extra cost (including shipping) or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are issued once approved and may take 3–5 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
