3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase information. Payment is due in full at the time of checkout using one of the accepted payment methods available on our site.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled and shipped through our production and distribution partners. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. w8v clothing is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Once your return is received, please allow 5 business days for inspection. If approved, you may choose a full refund to your original payment method or store credit.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered fulfillment or shipment. Once processing has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
